MOVO is raw space in the Twin-Cities. It is a space to make, learn, risk and share.

We are the space to host your research, innovation and daring.

We are open to all creators regardless of race, medium, gender, age, abilities, language and religion.

We seek to build a curious, loving, tender, supportive, responsible and kind community of creative researchers.

Land Acknowledgement

MOVO is located in Mnisota Makoce, the ancestral and contemporary homeland of the Dakota people. This land has long been a site of learning, movement, and relationship. We honor the Dakota and other Indigenous people as the past, present, and future caretakers of this land. We commit to listening, learning, and aligning our work with Indigenous-led movements for sovereignty, land return, and cultural resurgence.
